Recently, the official website of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau announced an "Idle Land Identification Certificate". The certificate pointed out that the Nansha Branch of the Guangzhou Municipal Planning and Natural Resources Bureau issued an "Idle Land Investigation Notice" to Evergrande Hengchi New Energy Vehicle Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd. in the early stage. The surveyed land has been processed for the "Real Estate Certificate" (Guangdong [2022] Guangzhou Real Estate No. 11021857), and the registered owner is Evergrande Hengchi New Energy Vehicle Technology (Guangdong) Co., Ltd., with a registered area of 437,441 square meters and land use for industrial purposes. According to the provisions of the "Idle Land Disposal Measures" and the relevant provisions of the "State-owned Land Use Right Transfer Contract", this land parcel has been identified as an idle plot since June 9, 2021, and the reason for the idleness is corporate reasons. The land will be handled in accordance with the "Idle Land Disposal Measures" (Ministry of Land and Resources Order No. 53) in accordance with the law.
