Evergrande Auto Announcement, China Evergrande New Energy Vehicle Group Co., Ltd., hereby refers to its announcement dated March 26, 2025, regarding the decision of the Shanghai No. 3 Intermediate People's Court to accept the bankruptcy liquidation application filed by a creditor against the Company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Evergrande Hengchi New Energy Vehicle (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. The relevant subsidiary received a decision dated March 26, 2025, and the court has appointed an administrator to be responsible for the bankruptcy liquidation procedures of the relevant subsidiary.
