European Commission says Meta violates EU Digital Services Regulation

On the 24th local time, the European Commission announced that it had preliminarily determined that Metaverse (also known as Zuckerberg's Meta Platforms Inc.) had violated the EU's Digital Services Act. If the company fails to correct the suspected violations, it could be fined up to 6% of its global turnover.
