EVE Energy responds to US "reciprocal tariff" policy: no cost impact on existing contract deliveries

On April 8, Yiwei Lithium Energy responded to the US "reciprocal tariff" policy, saying that the current direct exports to the United States account for less than 4%. In the short term, the company and its US customers mainly adopt the FOB (free on board) model for settlement. Under this model, the company does not bear the tariff costs, so the current tariff policy has no cost impact on the delivery of existing contracts. Yiwei Lithium Energy said that it will accelerate the completion of its global layout and overseas production capacity construction, strengthen the first-mover advantage of the company's overseas factories, and work well with overseas customers. At the same time, it will continue to leverage the company's advantages in the CLS (cooperative management) business model to meet the battery supply needs of overseas customers through technology licensing and services.
