Dongfeng Motor: Cooperation with Huawei may extend to commercial vehicles

Dongfeng Motor's management stated at its 2025 interim results conference today that its collaboration with Huawei extends beyond products to encompass institutional collaboration. The two companies are also exploring the possibility of establishing a joint innovation laboratory for intelligent connected vehicles. Furthermore, Dongfeng is considering how to become a strategic national technological force, and the strategic cooperation between the two parties in the passenger vehicle sector may be extended to the commercial vehicle sector.
