Dong Haifeng of Qianxun Holdings: Live e-commerce should build a new public welfare model from the three dimensions of consumption, humanity and intelligence
From June 10 to 11, Dong Haifeng, chairman of Qianxun Holdings, a leading live broadcasting organization, delivered a keynote speech at the 2025 China Internet Civilization Conference, stating that at a time when the digital economy is deeply integrated into social development, the live broadcast e-commerce industry shoulders important social responsibilities. Live broadcast e-commerce should build a new public welfare model from the three dimensions of consumption, humanity, and intelligence, and promote the coexistence and prosperity of commercial value and social value in the digital space. Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation announced the "Regulations on the Supervision and Administration of Live Broadcast E-commerce" to solicit public opinions to protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers and operators and promote the healthy development of the live broadcast e-commerce industry. It is understood that the live broadcast e-commerce industry has entered the "decentralized" era, and expanding new operating models has become an important step for the live broadcast e-commerce industry to find incremental growth. Qianxun Holdings stated that some of Qianxun's attempts in the fields of artificial intelligence and industrial empowerment have made phased progress, and may breed new growth points in the industry in the future, promoting the integration of live broadcast e-commerce with more fields.
