The comprehensive floor unit price is 12,164.89 yuan/square meter. It is reported that DJI successfully acquired land at the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarters Base and plans to build a global headquarters project for the intelligent aviation system industry ecosystem. According to regulations, the winner must start construction within 2.5 years from the date of signing the "Transfer Contract" and complete it within 6 years.
