The double-zero-level ultra-fine diameter multi-strand fine bare copper/tinned copper conductors with a diameter of 0.05-0.08mm (tolerance ±0.001mm) have officially passed laboratory testing and are ready for large-scale mass production. This product is cooperating with well-known domestic manufacturers to conduct sample certification of tinned copper conductors (30/0.08, 108/0.08mm tinned copper wires) in servo motors for robots, and the product has successfully reached a strategic cooperation agreement with internationally renowned companies and signed an annual purchase order. The product is widely used in high-speed link copper cable data shielding layers, 5G communications, new energy vehicles, AI computing power and other fields.
