Southeast University released the first distributed electric-driven flying car in China, "SENU Kunpeng 1", independently developed by its scientific research team on the 1st. This flying car is the first all-wheel steering and all-wheel drive flying car in China with four axes and eight propellers, and is also the first integrated land-air flying car in Jiangsu Province. The endurance of "SENU Kunpeng 1" mainly relies on high-power power batteries. Zhuang Weichao, a member of the project team, said that the team has also developed an extended-range aviation electric propulsion system, which has the characteristics of high power, long endurance, and high reliability compared to the existing pure battery drive system. The flight endurance time is expected to exceed 2 hours, and it will be used in the next generation of integrated land-air flying cars.
