According to the China Music Copyright Association, on April 18, 2025, the China Music Copyright Association and Tencent Music Entertainment Group signed a strategic cooperation memorandum. The two parties will discuss deepening cooperation around the directions of "consolidating and improving the music works authorization mechanism" and "exploring new models for the value transformation of the music industry" to jointly maintain the order of digital music copyright.
