On the 26th, the reporter learned from the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology that the "Technical and Application Requirements for Software Engineering Agents Part 1: Development Agents" (Standard No. AIIA/T 0219-2025) jointly compiled by China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Beijing Xingyun Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and Beijing Baidu Netcom Technology Co., Ltd., and more than 20 leading companies including Agricultural Bank of China, Postal Savings Bank of China, iFlytek, Tencent, Alibaba, and Huawei, was recently released. This standard proposes the capacity building and application requirements for developing agents based on the two dimensions of technical capabilities and service capabilities. Technical capabilities cover four aspects: perception, memory, planning, and execution. Service capabilities include coding agents, unit testing agents, inspection and repair agents, intelligent question-and-answer agents, and development of full-process agents, which put forward full-stack technical capability requirements for developing agents. On the one hand, it can provide guidance on capacity building for enterprises to develop agents and help rapid product iteration; on the other hand, it can provide enterprises with a reference for technology selection and promote the implementation of development agents.
