Canadian Solar: Oriza Chongyuan plans to reduce its stake by 2.04%

Canadian Solar announced that Wuxi Yuanhe Zhongyuan Youneng Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) holds 75.3384 million shares, accounting for 2.04%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 36.8822 million shares, accounting for 1%, through centralized bidding from September 23, 2025 to December 22, 2025; and reduce its holdings by no more than 38.4562 million shares, accounting for 1.04%, through block transactions. The total reduction ratio will not exceed 2.04%.
