2025-03-13 08:34:32
CITIC Securities Research Department believes that based on the abundant production of raw magnesium in China, the continuous penetration of lightweight demand in downstream industries such as automobiles, robots, and eVTOL, and the economic range of magnesium alloy prices, China's demand for magnesium alloys is expected to continue to grow; magnesium alloy forming equipment and parts are expected to fully benefit from this round of continuous growth in magnesium alloy demand; semi-solid magnesium alloy forming is expected to help industry-leading companies open up the second growth curve, and semi-solid magnesium alloy forming equipment in the automotive field will have the opportunity to develop in the direction of ultra-large integrated forming in the future. The production explosion in industries such as robots and eVTOL is also expected to drive the procurement demand for semi-solid magnesium alloy equipment on a large scale. CITIC Securities is optimistic about the investment opportunities of domestic head compression molding companies; and is optimistic about the domestic magnesium alloy die-casting parts companies to achieve both volume and price increases.
