CATL sues CALB, Xpeng for patent infringement

Tianyancha judicial case information shows that recently, Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL) added a new court opening announcement. The defendants are China Aviation Lithium Battery Co., Ltd (CALB) and Quanzhou Zhipeng Automobile Sales and Service Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Xpeng Inc. The case is about infringement of utility model patent rights. The case will be heard in the Intermediate People's Court of Quanzhou City, Fujian Province on January 24.
