Bomin Electronics' first high-end PCB factory "Chuangxin Intelligent Manufacturing Park" built for the AI era was put into production today. Reporters learned on the spot that the total investment in the park is 3 billion yuan, with a planned production capacity of 3.6 million square meters per year. At present, the first specialized intelligent manufacturing factory of Chuangxin Intelligent Manufacturing Park, the M4 factory focusing on high-speed and high-reliability PCB products in the three major fields of AI servers, network communications, and automotive electronics, has begun production. It has 52 layers, a through-hole capability of 30:1 thickness-to-diameter ratio, and 7-level HDI capability, and a high-end product output capacity of 360,000 square meters per year.
