Boeing passenger plane returns to Japan due to engine failure

According to the Tokyo Airport Office of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism of Japan, ANA Flight NH215 departing from Haneda Airport for Paris, France, issued an emergency signal due to engine failure at approximately 9:57 a.m. local time today (September 2nd) (8:57 a.m. Beijing time) and returned to the airport. The flight, operated by a Boeing 787-9 aircraft with 205 passengers and crew on board, was expected to land at Haneda Airport around noon.
