BeiGene: Shareholder HHLR Fund, LP reduced its stake to 4.89%

BeiGene announced that shareholder HHLR Fund, LP and its affiliated entities reduced their holdings of the company's overseas circulating shares by 16 million shares on May 9, 2025, reducing the total number of shares held to 68.5511 million shares. The shareholding ratio changed from 6.03% to 4.89%, and they are no longer shareholders holding more than 5% of the company's shares.
