BeiGene announced that as of August 29, 2025, the last day of the subscription period, 3,932 participants purchased 62,962 American Depositary Shares (ADSs) under its 2018 Employee Stock Purchase Plan. This represents a total of 818,500 ADSs, representing approximately 0.05% of the company's outstanding shares. The price per ADS was US$208.70, or approximately HK$125.06 per ordinary share. Authorized payroll deductions during the subscription period amounted to US$13.4495 million.
