On August 26, Shanghai Yunya Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Ant Group, acquired a 1.87% stake in Xinyuan Semiconductor (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. Public information shows that Xinyuan's business covers AI storage and computing IP and large-model acceleration solutions, high-performance/high-reliability system-level memory chips, and advanced process embedded storage. The company has achieved commercial shipments and deliveries in memory chips, storage and computing IP, and high-performance MCUs. On August 29, Shanghai Yunya Enterprise Management Consulting Co., Ltd. invested in Shanghai Yezhixin Technology Co., Ltd., holding a 14.29% stake. Public information shows that the company is committed to the research and development of edge AI chips. With its completely independently developed, high-efficiency NPU at its core, it provides AI chips and software and hardware collaborative solutions for smart glasses, mobile phones, robots, and other applications.
