On September 11th, at the opening ceremony of the 2025 Inclusion Bund Conference, Ant Group CEO Han Xinyi stated that while medical care is a low-frequency activity, health management is a high-frequency need. The combination of the two can provide a fertile ground for deep AI services. When asked, "Which is more suitable for the healthcare sector, general-purpose AI or specialized AI?" Han Xinyi clarified that the unique nature of healthcare dictates the irreplaceable nature of specialized AI. "If AI healthcare is perfected, users will stay; they will find solutions here."
