From April 2 to 5, the Political Research Office of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee in Henan Province issued four research reports in succession, each of which focused on the experience and practices of Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in optimizing the business environment. The four research reports totaled more than 29,000 words. The first report mentioned that the government service environment is an important manifestation of the business environment in a region. In recent years, whether it is the rise of Internet giants such as Alibaba and NetEase, or the emergence of the "Six Little Dragons" in Hangzhou, they are all closely related to Hangzhou's efforts to build a capable government and create a good government service environment. In particular, in recent years, Hangzhou has taken the value-added reform of government services as a traction for optimizing and improving the business environment, and has taken the lead in exploring and forming replicable and popularizable experiences in the country. Recently, the research team of the Political Research Office of the Luoyang Municipal Party Committee went to Hangzhou to conduct a special investigation on the value-added reform of government services, conducted in-depth research on Hangzhou's practices, and put forward suggestions for Luoyang to continuously optimize government services and the business environment.
