The US stock market opened lower and fell throughout the day, with all three major indexes closing sharply lower. Large technology stocks fell across the board, with Netflix, Google, Amazon, and Meta falling more than 4%, Tesla, Microsoft, and Intel falling more than 3%, Apple falling more than 2%, and Nvidia falling more than 1%.
