Aiguo Holdings' US IPO is registered with China Securities Regulatory Commission

The International Cooperation Department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission issued a registration notice on the overseas issuance and listing of AIGO HOLDING LIMITED. The company has received the overseas issuance and listing registration materials submitted by Fuzhou Patriot Star Optoelectronics Technology Co., Ltd. The company plans to issue no more than 3.5525 million common shares and list on the Nasdaq Stock Exchange in the United States.
