According to the Inner Mongolia Daily, on July 12, the 2025 Green Computing Power (Artificial Intelligence) Conference was held in Hohhot. At the conference, the Horqin Cluster Multi-Cloud Computing Power Resource Monitoring and Dispatching Platform was officially connected to the National Integrated Computing Power Network Monitoring and Dispatching Platform. The construction of the country's first green computing and electricity synergy industrial base was announced to start. The "National Integrated Computing Power Network" computing and electricity synergy national pilot project was connected to the grid. The Horqin Financial Data Industrial Park was awarded a plaque. Four laboratories including the Inner Mongolia Quantum Information Innovation Engineering Center were unveiled. Five major projects including the Beijing Energy "Beijing Data Mongolian Computing" Horqin Intelligent Computing Center were put into operation. The autonomous region government signed a cooperation agreement with Baidu and other 10 projects were signed and implemented, with a total investment of 20 billion yuan.
