Asia Tech Wire (Sep 4) -- California-based enterprise cloud company Salesforce said Tuesday it has agreed to acquire Tenyx, which develops artificial intelligence voice agents, to advance its artificial intelligence solutions.

Salesforce has not disclosed the value of the deal, but expects it to close in its third quarter of fiscal 2025, ending October 31, 2024.

Tenyx's co-founder and chief executive Itamar Arel and chief technology officer Adam Earle and their team will join Salesforce.
