Asian Tech Press (OCT 27) -- According to DIGITIMES, China's Wingtech Technology has successfully replaced Taiwan-based factories such as Quanta and Hon Hai (Foxconn) as the exclusive assembly plant for Apple's new MacBooks in 2022. Apple supply chain sources revealed that Wingtech is already setting up production lines and is currently in the initial trial production stage.

In addition, supply chain sources revealed that Wingtech has also got other projects from Apple. In this regard, the Wingtech spokesperson did not comment on the rumors.
