Asian Tech Press (Nov 10) -- Tencent reported its third-quarter 2021 results, showing that the combined monthly active accounts of WeChat's Chinese and global versions reached 1,262.6 million as of September 30, 2021, up 4.1% year-over-year and 0.9% compared to the previous quarter.

Tencent QQ's monthly active accounts on mobile reached 573.7 million, down 7.1% year-over-year and 2.9% quarter-over-quarter.

The number of registered paid members for fee-based value-added services reached 235.4 million, up 10.3% year-over-year and 2.6% compared to the previous quarter.
