Asia Tech Wire (June 6) -- A Turkish regulator has opened an antitrust investigation into Apple Inc. over its payment system.

The Turkish Competition Authorityon Thursday launched an investigation into Apple's requirement that app developers use the iPhone maker's payment system.

The agency will focus its investigation on the company's 30% "Apple tax" on its app store.
