TSMC's Arizona facility has received over 13,000 job applications

Chip foundry TSMC is investing $12 billion to build a chip factory in Arizona, USA, which will be operational in 2024. It will use a 5nm process to foundry chips for related customers and will have a monthly capacity of 20,000 wafers after it goes into operation.

TSMC's Arizona plant will create thousands of jobs after its completion. Although the plant will not be operational until 2024 as planned, TSMC's Arizona plant has already started related recruitment, and a large number of job seekers have already submitted their applications, with 13,166 job applications received so far.
