According to media reports, Tesla will launch a Model Y with a range of nearly 400 miles in China.

Tesla China offers three versions of the Model Y, the Standard Range, Long Range, and Performance versions.

Although Model Y has only been available in China for a few months, it has not deterred it from becoming one of the most popular electric cars in the market.
Recently, it was reported that the daily production of Model Y in Tesla's Shanghai GigaFactory reached 1,000 units, surpassing the daily production of Model 3 (800 units).

In early August this year, Tesla has applied to the Chinese government to produce five new versions of the Model Y at its Shanghai gigafactory, some of which will be sold in the Chinese market. Others are expected to be exported to other markets.
