Synopsys has announced the availability of the DesignWare® process, voltage and temperature (PVT) monitoring, and sensing subsystem IP core for TSMC's industry-leading N3 process technology.

The PVT monitoring and sensing subsystem IP cores are included in the TSMC9000 program to provide customers with highly competitive performance benefits for various target market applications such as artificial intelligence (AI), data center, high-performance computing (HPC), consumer products, and 5G.

System-on-chip (SoC) developers using TSMC's advanced processes can leverage deep embedded PVT monitoring and sensing subsystem technology to evaluate critical chip parameters during production and measure and analyze dynamic conditions in real-time at each stage of the chip lifecycle.
