The case of Huawei v. the Swedish Post and Telecom Authority (PTS), which restricts its participation in 5G, was heard in public at Stockholm administrative court on April 21, local time in Sweden, and the hearing will end on April 23.
Huawei argues that the PTS's decision violates Swedish administrative law in terms of procedure. Under Swedish law, a company has the right to be informed and consulted as a party in the process if the authorities make a decision that significantly affects the company.
However, the procedure was not performed for Huawei when the PTS conducted 5G auctions.
