Supply chain sources said that Apple had reserved more than 100 million A15 processors from TSMC this year.

According to media reports, TSMC will start producing A15 processors for iPhone 13 in August. Apple's A15 chip will feature a CPU with two large cores and four small cores, which will increase performance by 20% and energy efficiency by 30% compared to the CPU of the A14 chip.

The A15 chip will have a 5-core architecture compared to the 4-core architecture of the A14 chip, increasing the number of cores in the GPU and increasing performance by about 35% compared to the GPU of the A14 chip.

The A15 processor-equipped Apple iPhone 13 phone will also have a series of upgrades and is expected to be released in September this year.
