Go1, an Australian-based enterprise learning platform, has recently closed a $200 million Series D round of funding.
According to the company's co-founder and CEO Andrew Barnes, Go1 is now valued at over $1 billion following this round, making it an EdTech unicorn company in Australia.
Go1's funding round was co-led by SoftBank's Vision Fund 2, AirTree Ventures, and Salesforce Ventures. Other participating investors include Blue Cloud Ventures, Larsen Ventures, Madrona Venture Group, Microsoft's M12, SEEK, TEN13, and Tiger Global.
