Asia Tech Wire (June 7) -- South Korea's SK Group said it agreed with its TSMC to strengthen cooperation on artificial intelligence chips.

SK Group Chairman Tae-won Chey met with TSMC's new chairman C.C. Wei on Thursday, the group said Friday.

The South Korean conglomerate, which owns chipmaker SK hynix, said the two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation on artificial intelligence chips during the meeting.
