Samsung is considering investing $17 billion to build 4 new chipmaking factories in America.

According to documents filed by Samsung with U.S. officials in Texas, the company is choosing sites for its new chipmaking factories. It is considering two sites in Arizona, in addition to the previously disclosed Austin, Texas. Besides, one site in New York state is also taken into consideration.
