Asian Tech Press (Jan 12) -- OPPO revealed that as of December 31, 2021, OPPO has laid out patents in more than 40 countries and regions worldwide, with more than 75,000 global patent applications and more than 34,000 global licenses.

The number of invention patent applications exceeded 68,000, and invention patent applications accounted for 90% of all patent applications. In 2021, OPPO received 719 patent grants in the United States, increasing 33% compared to 2020.
