Asia Tech Wire (June 24) -- Qatari telecom group Ooredoo has announced that Nvidia has signed an agreement to deploy its artificial intelligence technology in Ooredoo's data centers in five Middle Eastern countries.
This will make Ooredoo the first company in the region to give customers in its data centers in Qatar, Algeria, Tunisia, Oman, Kuwait, and the Maldives direct access to Nvidia's AI and graphics processing technology, Ooredoo said in a statement on Sunday.
However, the companies did not disclose the value of the deal.
