Asia Tech Wire (July 30) -- Jensen Huang, founder and CEO of Nvidia, and Mark Zuckerberg, founder and CEO of Meta Platforms, expressed their support for open-sourcing large AI models during a meeting on Monday.

Huang and Zuckerberg held a fireside chat to discuss the future of AI and simulation at the 51st SIGGRAPH graphics conference in Denver on Monday.

Huang praised Meta's open-source AI models, and both he and Zuckerberg agreed that they should stick to the open source route for large models.
