Asian Tech Press (Dec 29) -- Nintendo Switch, which is developed by Japanese video game company Nintendo Co Ltd, has become the seventh game console with over 100 million sales.

The Japanese firm has sold 1314,674 units of Nintendo Switch in the week ending December 18, according to VGChartz data, with an estimated cumulative sales of 10.072 million units.

With this, Nintendo Switch has successfully become the seventh game console platform to exceed 100 million units sold, and the other platforms are the PS2, DS, Game Boy, PS4, PS1, and Wii.
