Asia Tech Wire (Sep 19) -- Nintendo announced on Thursday that it has joined with The Pokémon Company to sue Palworld developer Pocketpair in the Tokyo District Court on Wednesday.
Nintendo claims that the survival game Palworld infringes on a number of patents, demanding that the defendant stop the infringement and pay compensation.
Pocketpair released Palworld on Jan. 19, and it took less than two months for the number of players to pass the 10 million mark.
