Asian Tech Press -- Japanese automotive manufacturer Toyota Motor Corp. has closed its three plants in Thailand due to COVID delta variant, according to Nikkei.

The report said all operations at the three plants were halted due to the spread of COVID delta variant in the country, which interrupted the supply of automotive parts.
