Asia Tech Wire (Sep 5) -- Japan Airlines (JAL) said in a statement Thursday that it has completed inspections of all five Airbus A350-1000 aircraft and found no problems.
The Japanese flagship carrier is also inspecting 15 Airbus A350-900s, with no problems found on 10 of them so far.
JAL is due to complete inspections of the remaining five Airbus A350-900s on Thursday.
Hong Kong's Cathay Pacific this week suffered the world's first engine component failure on an A350 aircraft, raising industry concerns about the operation of Airbus A350s.
