Indian Commerce Minister Piyush Goyal has reportedly lashed out at U.S. e-commerce giants such as Amazon and Walmart, accusing them of arrogance, disregard for local laws, and engaging in predatory pricing practices.

His comments come when a growing number of small Indian traders and retailers are voicing their discontent, accusing the U.S. giants of deliberately circumventing India's consumer protection and competition laws.
