According to preliminary data from(IDC) Worldwide Quarterly Personal Computing Device Tracker, the tablet market grew 55.2% year-over-year in the first quarter of 2021, with shipments totaling 39.9 million units.

This growth had occurred again since the third quarter of 2013 when it grew 56.9 percent year-over-year.

Compared to the global market, the Chinese tablet market shipped approximately 6.25 million units in Q1 2021, up 67.6 percent year-over-year.

The highest single-quarter year-over-year increase since Q2 2013, while achieving quarterly growth of 1.8 percent during the slow-selling season.
