Asian Tech Press (Dec 22) -- Chinese company Huawei has announced that its 5G network will be used in Russian mining companies to robotize production, according to Sputnik.
The "Digital" corporation and Huawei have reportedly signed an agreement on cooperation in robotization of mining and industrial facilities and construction of 5G networks in Russia and the CIS countries. The two companies have already implemented projects to robotize dump trucks and drilling rigs through a partnership with Siberian Coal Energy.
