Indonesian online taxi service company Go-Jek and Tokopedia, Indonesia's largest e-commerce company, will merge, changing the name of the combined company to GOTO.

GOTO is backed by Alibaba, BlackRock, and other investors. The company will lead by Soelistyo, co-president of Go-Jek. (Bloomberg)
