Asia Tech Wire (Oct 10) -- Artificial intelligence startup Sierra, co-founded by Bret Taylor, who was formerly Facebook's chief technology officer and Salesforce's co-CEO, could be valued at more than $4 billion after completing a new round of funding, according to The Informationm.
Citing people familiar with the matter, Wednesday's report said Sierra is raising hundreds of millions of dollars in new funding, led by Greenoaks Capital, a growth-stage investor.
The new funding round would at least triple the company's valuation to more than $4 billion, the people said.
In a funding round in January, Sierra had a valuation of $1 billion.
