Ericsson has reached a multi-year agreement with Samsung Electronics on a global patent license, ending a dispute that affected Ericsson's first-quarter revenue, the company said.

The cross-licensing agreement covers network infrastructure and handset sales from Jan. 1, 2021.

Ericsson expects second-quarter patent licensing revenue to range between SEK 2 billion ($237.3 million) and SEK 2.5 billion.
