Asian Tech Press (SEP 10) -- Chip foundry TSMC's official website announced August revenue of NT$137.427 billion, equivalent to approximately US$4.968 billion, an increase of NT$14.549 billion, up 11.8% year-over-year from 2020's NT$122.878 billion.

TSMC's revenue in August also resumed growth on a month-over-month basis.

In July, TSMC's revenue was NT$124.558 billion, down NT$23.913 billion or 16.1% sequentially from NT$148.471 billion in June. August's NT$137.427 billion was up 12.869 billion from July's NT$124.558 billion, a 10.3% increase compared to the previous month.
